On October 14 in the 4th Chinese International Tea Expo, COFCO Tea won four Golden Medals out of ten. They are Yin Zhen Bai Hao Tea (whose literal translation is Silver Needle Tea) and Rou Gui Tea (known for its silky quality and fruit fragrance) presented by Fujian Tea Import and Export Co., Ltd under China Tea Co., Ltd, Liu Bao Tea by China Native Produces (Guangxi) Import and Export Corporation and Black Tea by Hunan Sunry Tea Import and Export Co., Ltd.
Mr. Shen Tu Guo Fang, a member of the organizing committee said, the Expo attracted more than 300 tea companies competing for ten golden medals. Liu Bao Tea and Black Tea convinced the expert judges and won top prizes for their high quality, unique taste and elegant packaging.
