Mr. Frank Ning, Chairman of COFCO, as representative of China, was present on the second session of ABAC for 2013 and the APEC Management Committee Conference for Grain Safety Policy and Partnership from 2 to 6 of April, 2013 in Singapore.
Mr. Frank Ning chaired the conference and made the proposal report, i.e., Development Trend of Global Grain Market and Guiding Opinions on Action Plan of Grain Safety for APEC until 2020.
Mr. Frank Ning took upon Co-Chair of ABAC, Chairman of the working team for sustainable development, and Vice Chairman of the APEC Management Committee Conference for Grain Safety Policy and Partnership.
